We all can agree that our lifestyles, organizations, and social engagements have radically changed in a few short weeks! As long as social distancing is in place, mentoring opportunities to share informal learnings (tacit information) are being lost.  For organizations wherein formal learning structures and office, interactions are central to increasing engagement and efficiencies, these learning opportunities as we know them may be lost forever!
